This page explains how to request deletion of your EA Exam Prep account and its associated data. EA Exam Prep is operated by Mastery Prep Labs.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account in either of these ways:
- In the app (fastest): open EA Exam Prep, tap your profile, and choose Delete Account.
- By email: send a message to masterypreplabs@gmail.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. Include the email address associated with your account so we can identify it.
What data is deleted
When you request deletion, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and Google Sign-In account link
- Your flashcard study progress and spaced-repetition history
- Any issue reports you submitted
Timeline
Your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Some information may persist briefly in backups before being cleared.
Inactive accounts
We may also delete an account, together with its study progress, if it has not been signed into for 30 days or more, or if no study activity has been recorded on it within 30 days. Where we are able to, we will try to notify you by email first. Accounts with an active paid Premium subscription are not deleted for inactivity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
